Job responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across all platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with brand voice and goals.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative strategies.

Develop social media ad campaigns and track their performance.

3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.

Proven track record of building and growing social media communities.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative content skills.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with social media advertising and budget management.

Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
